Job Description – Chef Role
As a Chef at CCCU, you will:
- Prepare, cook, and present meals to high standards
- Work in multiple catering venues across campus
- Ensure top-quality service in dining halls, cafes, bars, and events
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen
- Support the Chef de Partie and the catering team with daily operations
- Contribute to banquets, conferences, and hospitality services

Job Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef in UK kitchens (all levels considered)
Strong customer service skills & teamwork ability
Flexibility to work across different catering environments

Must already hold the legal right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: £24,215 – £25,804 per year
Contract: Full-time, 37 hours per week
