Job Description – Chef Role

As a Chef at CCCU, you will:

  • Prepare, cook, and present meals to high standards
  • Work in multiple catering venues across campus
  • Ensure top-quality service in dining halls, cafes, bars, and events
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen
  • Support the Chef de Partie and the catering team with daily operations
  • Contribute to banquets, conferences, and hospitality services

Job Requirements

Previous experience as a Chef in UK kitchens (all levels considered)
Strong customer service skills & teamwork ability
Flexibility to work across different catering environments

Must already hold the legal right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £24,215 – £25,804 per year
Contract: Full-time, 37 hours per week
